This is an outtake from my radio feature for German public radio broadcaster WDR about Detroit from 2014.

During my many stays in Detroit I spent endless hours with Walter walking/driving & talking about the city - about its past, present and its future … and of course about music.

Walter borrowed me his bike on which I was exploring the city - which was quite a blast !

I met Walter for the first time in 2006 when I was invited to play the DEMF Festival as kLIMEK.

My friend Amir Husak introduced us.

We saw each other for the last time when he visited Berlin - I don’t remember the year (right now).

I have hours & hours of recorded audio material with Walter - us talking & joking & bitching about art, cities, entrepreneurs and music …

… one day I will review & edit this material and share it with the public.
